Appointments

Therapists accept appointments to see clients Monday through Saturday. Daytime and evening appointments are available for your convenience.

Appointments are generally scheduled within three to five days. Same day appointments can often be arranged.

Our Intake Coordinator, Nancy Soete, will help you to determine which of our therapists is the most appropriate to work with you.

She will answer your questions and gently guide you through the intake process.

If you have been referred to a specific therapist, one of our secretaries, Sharon Krieger or Linda Knutson will be happy to schedule an appointment for you.

The Center support staff answers the phone between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 am to noon on Friday. During other hours, your call will be answered by our confidential voice mail.

Payments

The Center is a participating provider with most insurance companies.

We do encourage you to call the telephone number on your insurance identification card to verify that your insurance plan specifically covers the work that we do at the Center for Human Development.

The Center has a sliding fee schedule for people who do not have insurance coverage.

A sliding fee is determined between you and your
therapist at your first session. You are not required to
bring financial statements.
